BPTP Limited has appointed Shalini Jha as senior vice president, marketing. In her new role, Jha will oversee the company’s marketing function, including brand strategy, communications and customer engagement across its residential and commercial portfolio.
The appointment comes as BPTP looks to strengthen its brand positioning and consumer connect in a competitive real estate market, particularly across the NCR region. Jha’s mandate will include driving integrated marketing strategies, enhancing digital outreach and building cohesive brand narratives that align with the company’s growth trajectory.
Jha brings over 22 years of cross-sector experience spanning real estate, retail, hospitality, banking and finance, and public relations. Her career has focused on developing brand-led strategies in consumer-driven environments, with an emphasis on delivering measurable outcomes through multi-channel campaigns. She has managed large-scale marketing budgets and led initiatives across brand building, digital marketing, partnerships and experiential activations.
Her experience also includes active engagement with industry bodies such as CREDAI, ASSOCHAM, CII, NASSCOM and FICCI, reflecting her involvement in broader industry dialogue and policy engagement.
Prior to joining BPTP, Jha served as senior vice president, marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where she led marketing for the company’s portfolio. In that role, she was responsible for defining marketing strategy, executing campaigns and shaping portfolio positioning in a competitive premium real estate segment. Her work included aligning brand communication with evolving consumer expectations and strengthening visibility through integrated campaigns.
