Prior to joining Eloelo Group, he served as associate vice president – product monetisation at MPL (Mobile Premier League), where he led revenue and monetisation initiatives across the platform and its gaming portfolio. In that role, he was responsible for developing monetisation strategies aimed at driving sustainable business growth.
Before MPL, Mundhra held leadership responsibilities at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), serving as associate director – revenue. During his tenure, he worked on revenue generation and growth initiatives within the company’s consumer technology ecosystem.
Throughout his career, Mundhra has focused on launching and scaling new categories, creating revenue opportunities and improving profitability within fast-growing digital businesses. His experience includes working with high-growth consumer technology companies and supporting business expansion through data-driven monetisation strategies.
An alumnus of IIM Mumbai, Mundhra’s appointment reflects Eloelo Group’s emphasis on strengthening its commercial capabilities as competition intensifies across content, learning and digital entertainment categories.
Nikunj Mundhra said, “Eloelo Group is building a compelling consumer internet ecosystem at the intersection of content, community and monetisation for Bharat. I’m excited to join at this stage of growth and look forward to working closely with the team to unlock new growth levers and build a strong, sustainable monetisation engine across the Group’s platforms.”

Nikunj brings a sharp operator mindset and deep experience in building and scaling revenue across consumer internet businesses. His expertise will be instrumental as we unlock new growth levers and drive long-term, sustainable growth across our platforms.”
The appointment comes as Eloelo Group continues to expand its presence in the consumer internet space. The milestone reflects increasing consumer interest in emerging content formats such as microdrama and short-form storytelling.
With continued investments in leadership, operations and monetisation capabilities, Eloelo Group is positioning itself for its next phase of growth across content, community and digital learning platforms.
