Analysing the rise in popularity of interactive films
The Clio Awards for advertising and design have announced a call for entries for its 2010 edition.The online entry system for the Awards are open and submissions will be accepted at www.clioawards.com. All the creative work published between January 1, 2009 till March 2010 is eligible for entry. Submission deadlines and event details will be announced later this year.
Ogilvy & Mather India continued their award march with 10 of their entries being announced as finalists at The One Show. Finalists have been announced only for the Interactive and Design categories. Ogilvy’s finalists in Design are as follows:
The 2008 One Show festival culminated with the Interactive awards on Friday night in New York city at the Nokia theatre at Times Square. The final tally of winners only highlighted the still nascent stage of the Indian market’s digital maturity, with no Pencil in sight, although JWT India’s campaign YellowRippers for Sulekha.com was a finalist in the category. India had 15 entries in Interactive. United States scored the highest in the category with 23 Pencils, while UK was second with 16 Pencils.
