ASCI upholds 116 complains
 
ASCI’s Consumer Complaints Council (CCC) upheld complaints against 116 of the 165 advertisements it received in July 2017. Fifty one of these belonged to the 'Healthcare' category, 31 to 'Education', 10 to 'Personal Care' and five belonged to the 'Food & Beverages' category. Nineteen ads came from other categories.
 
DSport to broadcast Pakistan Super League 
 
DSport, a sports TV channel recently launched by Discovery Communications India, will broadcast Pakistan's T20 tournament in 2018. The Pakistan Super League is scheduled to begin on 23 February 2018. 
 
Gozoop bags HRX's digital duties
 
Gozoop  has won the digital mandate for HRX by Hrithik Roshan The agency will manage the brand's social media assets and to drive awareness about the brand. The mandate includes social media strategy, content marketing and creative strategy across digital platforms.
 
iCubesWire wins Printronix's digital duties
 
iCubesWire has won the digital media duties of Printronix. The mandate includes digital media as well as the creative mandate for Printronix. Printonix is a player in the industrial printing space. 
 
Manyavar signs Anushka Sharma as brand ambassador
 
Manyavar has appointed Anushka Sharma as brand ambassador for its Mohey range of ethnic wear for women. Sharma will soon be seen along side Manyavar's other brand ambassador Virat Kohli in a campaign.
 
Samco Securities appoints Archer Frères Communications
 
Samco Securities, an online discount broker, has appointed Archer Frères Communications to handle its image building, media relations and content duties. The agency will work 'closely with' Pitchfork Partners Strategic Consulting for the same.
