Adani Realty appoints NCR marketing lead

Siddharth Kumar will drive brand strategy and growth across the region’s real estate market.

Adani Realty has appointed Siddharth Kumar as senior manager – marketing, tasking him with leading brand strategy and marketing initiatives across the National Capital Region. The appointment reflects the company’s focus on strengthening regional marketing leadership in one of India’s most competitive property markets.

Kumar brings over 14 years of experience in real estate marketing, spanning brand strategy, product development and campaign execution. Prior to joining Adani Realty, he spent nearly three years at Whiteland Corporation, where he played a key role in launching Westin Residences Gurugram in collaboration with Marriott International, one of India’s largest branded residences projects.

His earlier roles at M3M India, Elan Group and Alchemist Marketing contributed to an insights-led approach to real estate marketing, combining brand narrative development with high-impact campaign delivery.
