Collective Artists Network has inducted Janahavi Rawal, Sanjana Jain and Rahul Regulapati into its partnership, marking a structural shift as the company enters its next phase of growth across media, entertainment and technology. The move reflects an internal succession approach, backing leaders who have played a sustained role in building key verticals and are now central to the company’s future strategy.
The three new partners join an existing partnership group comprising Sudeep Subash, Kshitij Mehta, Jaya Saha, Avinash Bidaia, Nandita Sachdev and Dhruv Chitgopekar. Together, the expanded partnership signals a deeper leadership bench aligned on scale, culture and long-term direction as Collective continues to evolve into a network spanning content, culture and technology.
Rawal, a long-standing leader at Collective, has been elevated to partner to head the company’s talent management charter. With over a decade at the organisation, she has been closely involved in shaping its approach to artist representation, focusing on long-term relationships, trust and industry insight. Her role has been integral to strengthening Collective’s positioning within the talent and creator ecosystem, particularly as the business has expanded its footprint across entertainment and digital platforms.
Jain has been named partner to lead marketing and creative services across the network. She has been central to building this vertical into one of Collective’s fastest-growing businesses, working across brand strategy, creative execution and scaled delivery. Her mandate focuses on solving complex creative and marketing challenges for brands, while maintaining consistency across quality, process and output as the business grows.
Regulapati joins the partnership to lead Collective’s technology and AI charter, including Galleri5, the company’s AI and cinematic technology studio. Since joining Collective, he has been instrumental in integrating technology into storytelling, content creation and production systems. His work has positioned the company at the intersection of media, creativity and technology, with recognition from global technology leaders validating this approach.
Commenting on the partnership expansion, Vijay Subramaniam, founder and group ceo, Collective Artists Network, said, “As we grow, it becomes even more important to build leadership that can think long-term, take ownership, and create space for others to grow. Janahavi, Sanjana, and Rahul have each played a critical role in shaping Collective into what it is today. Bringing them into the partnership is both a recognition of that journey and a statement of where we’re headed next.”
The inductions reinforce Collective’s belief in building durable leadership internally rather than relying on external hires at scale-up stages. The move also reflects the increasing importance of integrated capabilities across talent, marketing, creative services and technology in the evolving media and entertainment landscape.
