OG Media 360 has acquired Times of Business, an Instagram-first business news community that focuses on business updates, market insights and startup developments. The acquisition supports OG Media 360’s plan to build a consolidated, social-first business media network by integrating multiple high-impact IPs within a single ecosystem.
Times of Business has built an active audience comprising founders, professionals and business enthusiasts. Its inclusion bolsters the DOC Media Universe, which already features StartupByDOC, BusinessByDOC and Startup IndiaStories. The combined network strengthens OG Media 360’s reach across digital business audiences seeking concise and platform-native information.
Founder and ceo Ankit Chowdhary said: “At OG Media 360, our mission is simple, to build India’s strongest social-first business media network. With Times of Business joining our ecosystem, we are accelerating our vision of reshaping business storytelling at scale.”
Co-founder Shivangi Chaudhary stated that each IP in the network maintains its own role and that Times of Business complements the company’s broader digital content ambitions by enabling more focused and relevant output for business audiences.
Anand Prajapati, a key member of the Times of Business team, described the move as an important step in expanding its reach. He noted that OG Media 360’s distribution framework would help scale the property while enhancing the overall value delivered to its community.
OG Media 360 has outlined an expansion roadmap for Times of Business. Plans include extending the brand across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and X, producing daily explainer videos on business, finance, markets and startup trends, and developing a series of interviews with founders and industry leaders across the DOC ecosystem.
The company will also introduce 'TOB Insiders', a premium community for business-focused audiences, supported by partnership-based monetisation opportunities for brands, startups and fintech companies. Cross-distribution across all OG Media 360 IPs is expected to support discovery and engagement.
