Agencies in the spotlight: DDB Mudra, McCann Worldgroup

March 2017 was a busy month in advertising. There was plenty of work during the month, with Holi and Women's Day. 

There were changes in leadership, award functions which included the Olive Crown Awards and Adfest and shortlists for others.

DDB Mudra and McCann stood out though, with Publicis also in the running.

The agency announced a succession plan with Madhukar Kamath set to exit the agency at the end of the year. 

On the awards front, it won a Silver at the Olive Crown Awards in the 'Young Green Art Director of the Year' category. 

It is also in running for a Warc Innovation Award.

McCann Worldgroup India
 
McCann had a great Adfest as it bagged a Grande Lotus and two Golds among other metals. The agency also earned four shortlists at the Apac Effie Awards, winners of which will be announced later this month.
