Multi Screen Media (MSM, formerly Sony Entertainment Television) is gearing up to launch a new programming line-up to coincide with the end of the second season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), which gets over on May 24th. The new programming lineup will be accompanied by a change in channel packaging as well as three hours of new programming on weekday prime time and three hours of new programming on weekends from May 25th.
Sections of the media had reported earlier today that Priya Bhave (pictured), who was a consultant on Indian Idol Season four, had quit as a result of the current churn at Sony. Speaking to Campaign India, Bhave categorically denied that her moving on was a result of the current restructuring taking place in the company.
SET MAX is gearing up for the launch of the second season of the DLF Indian Premier League (IPL), slated to begin from April 10th. The channel has launched a TVC announcing the upcoming second season. The new spot takes a humorous look at how the IPL has managed to make nation boundaries redundant.
