DDB Mudra has launched a new campaign for the Volkswagen Beetle. After the car's launch late last year, Volkswagen has made some minor design changes to the car and the new campaign looks at reiterating the car's 'Curves are back' positioning.
The Volkswagen Beetle was unveiled in Mumbai on Friday to members of the press and a large gathering of Volkswagen’s top brass with the fanfare that would befit one of the world’s most beloved cars. The gathered guests were also given a sneak preview of the Beetle’s launch TVC which broke this Saturday. The press campaign broke in Saturday’s editions.Watch the TVC here:
Volkswagen has released a new TVC as part of its first integrated brand campaign in India that aims to increase brand awareness about its four cars - Beetle, Jetta, Passat and Touareg.Conceptualised and executed by DDB Mudra, the TV spot tries to position the German auto major's engineering finesse in a way that's suited for India.
Volkswagen is all set to roll-out its brand campaign for India. Conceptualised by DDB Mudra, it is for the first time that the German auto major is launching a major integrated campaign that involves electronic, print, out-of-home and digital media.Till now, Volkswagen India was using print in a big way for promoting its luxury sedans Passat and Jetta.
