The industry's had a year. Budget squeezes, talent walking out, AI arriving faster than anyone could plan for—agencies have been navigating all of it at once. So when we designed this year's Agency of the Year Awards, we wanted the evening to reflect that reality. AOY 2025 takes place on December 2 at ITC Maratha in Mumbai, and yes, trophies will be awarded.
