Social Panga onboards Ruksheen Palia
 
Social Panga has appointed Ruksheen Palia as vice president, business and strategy to strengthen its Mumbai operations. Palia joins the team from VMLY&R India, where she served as the Business Lead for various accounts. 
 
Her role at Social Panga involves leading the integrated creative and digital marketing agency’s growth initiatives, developing strategic plans, and fostering innovations for its office. Additionally, she will oversee the development of comprehensive business strategies and identify new market opportunities.
 
 
Moove Partners with Sociowash 
 
Sociowash has bagged the creative and media mandate of Moove, a mobility fintech firm that enables customers to become vehicle owners. The integrated agency will build the brand’s presence in India using social media marketing and paid marketing efforts. The brand will be handled by the Sociowash Delhi team. As part of the mandate, Sociowash will boost Moove’s launch in various cities and help onboarding new drivers. This association is aimed at assisting Moove to scale its business in India, build a community of loyal driving partners, and propel increased engagement.
 
Urbn appoints Curativity as creative partner
 
Curativity has secured the creative mandate for D2C charging solution brand, Urbn after a multi-agency pitch. This strategic partnership comes at a time when the brand is poised for significant growth and expansion. Together, they aim to create compelling narratives, drive brand awareness, and engage consumers in meaningful ways. Urbn’s decision to partner with the marketing services platform reflects its commitment to excellence in marketing and communications. 
 
 
Nishant Singhal joins PR Professionals

 

PR Professionals has announced the appointment of Nishant Singhal as president - strategy. In his new role, Singhal will spearhead the business expansion and strategy development, driving the company's growth trajectory to new heights. In a career spanning over 25 years, he has also worked with Napino Auto, Hindustan Motors, and PeopleStrong HR Services, among others. 

 
Kshema General Insurance appoints Mudramax 

 

Kshema General Insurance has announced the appointment of Mudramax, DDB Mudra Group’s media arm for its mandate. The agency will craft and implement comprehensive media strategies across offline and online platforms, with the core objective of solidifying Kshema's position as the preferred crop insurance solutions provider for Indian farmers. The account was won post a multi-agency pitch. 

 
Mahesh Kanchan joins Bacardi India
 
Bacardi has announced the appointment of Mahesh Kanchan as marketing director for India and neighbouring countries. He will spearhead marketing strategies for Bacardi’s portfolio of brands across India and surrounding markets, from the company’s office in Gurugram. Most recently, Kanchan was CEO of Del Monte Foods India. In a career spanning over 26 years, he has also worked with Carlsberg, HUL and Hershey India, among others. 
 
Rahul Pansare joins Stellantis India
 
Stellantis India has appointed Rahul Pansare as the group marketing head. This is his second stint with the automobile company after 2016, when he helmed marketing and PR for Jeep for over seven years until May 2023. Pansare rejoins Stellantis after a short stint with Skoda India as marketing head. Previously, he has also worked with Volkswagen India, Reliance Big Entertainment and Philip Morris.
 
HiveMinds onboards Srinath Kotamaraju 
 
HiveMinds, part of Madison Group, has announced the appointment of Srinath Kotamaraju as regional director—South. With over two decades of experience driving growth and digital transformation, Kotamaraju will lead business growth for the digital marketing agency's south-based clients. Before joining HiveMinds, Kotamaraju was the managing director at Reprise Digital, Indonesia. Previously, he served stints at Interactive Avenues, Mindshare, Yahoo India, De Beers and Times of India. 
 
Parle Agro appoints Ankit Kapoor to lead marketing
 
Leading FCMG giant Parle Agro has appointed marketing expert, Ankit Kapoor, to the role of head of Marketing and International Business. Announcing his move on LinkedIn, Kapoor will bring a wealth of of experience to the brand, with his former roles including being chief marketing officer at Ananta Capital, as well as leading marketing for Chocolates & Confectionary at Nestlé. He was also at SC Johnson as the lead for Marketing Commercialisation. His mission at Parle Agro revolves around leveraging this extensive background to spearhead the company's transformation into a global beverage leader, focusing on innovation, consumer satisfaction, and market expansion. 
 
Samsung promotes Aditya Babbar to vice president of Product Marketing
 
Samsung has promoted Aditya Babbar to the role of vice president & head of Product Marketing. Babbar, who previously served as senior director—head of Product & Marketing at Samsung, has climbed the ranks since joining the company as general manager in March 2017. Throughout his tenure, he has amassed a wealth of experience, distinguishing himself as a seasoned professional in the consumer electronics industry with expertise in product marketing, leadership, marketing strategy, competitive analysis, and business development. In a LinkedIn post, Babbar expressed gratitude towards his team and mentors for their support in reaching this significant career milestone, and shared his enthusiasm for tackling the new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in his journey with Samsung Mobile.
 
Nodwin Gaming and JSW Sports forge partnership 
 
Nodwin Gaming has announced a strategic partnership with JSW Sports to monetise and market it's gaming, esports, and cultural intellectual properties (IPs). The partnership further solidifies Nodwin's strategic focus as a sports media company, with an aim to bring together its expertise in esports operations and esports content creation, complemented by JSW's experience and footprint across sports. Additionally, the collaboration will focus on launching new esports-focused IPs in India, educating the market and important stakeholders along creating the right partnership platforms for brands and advertisers. The partnership also aims to showcase rich and engaging storytelling within the esports domain, catering to the interests of the gaming community.
 
Zlade appoints Nikhil Narayanan 
 
Zlade has announced the appointment of Nikhil Narayanan as head of creative strategy and brand director. He moves from Pine Labs where he was creative head.  Domestically-founded, Zlade is a digital-first, omnichannel brand specialising in personal care, notably in the men's grooming segment. It offers a range of shaving products for both genders, having formed a strategic alliance with BIC, a globally recognised producer of shavers and blades, to launch a comprehensive selection for men and women in the Indian market.

 

Narayanan who was most recently creative head at Pine Labs has had a career spanning over 17 years, having worked with leading brands and consultancies including Tata Consultancy Services, Ogilvy, Grey Group, McCann and others. 

 
Srikanth Subramanian joins Angel One Wealth
 
Angel One has announced the appointment of Srikanth Subramanian as co-founder and CEO for Angel One Wealth. His mandate entails leading the wealth-tech and customer excellence teams. Subramanian joins from Kotak Cherry, where he was chief executive officer.
