StayVista debuts Gram’s, a neo-vintage lifestyle hotel concept

StayVista has launched Gram’s, a lifestyle hotel concept shaped around nostalgia, comfort and community. Short for ‘Grandmother’, Gram’s presents a playful, design-led approach to accommodation and has released an accompanying campaign that invites applications for a dedicated ‘Grand Mom’ aged 50 and above. The selected individual will audit stays, create content and provide honest feedback intended to reflect the ethos of Gram’s, strengthening the brand’s intent to integrate generational voices and inclusive perspectives into its storytelling.

Co-founder Amit Damani said Gram’s is intended to represent how modern Indian travellers want to experience hospitality, combining the comfort of a hotel with the social feel of a hostel, enhanced by visual appeal suited to contemporary sharing habits. Damani added that the concept has been developed over several months and aims to deliver a space that is aesthetically engaging and socially inviting.

Gram’s offers a range of accommodation types, including dormitories, private rooms and villas, enabling both solo travellers and groups to find the right balance of warmth, comfort and community. Its design blends neo-vintage styling with modern amenities to create an environment suitable for relaxation, remote work or extended stays.

The first edition of Gram’s is located on the shores of Pawna Lake in Lonavala. The property comprises eight villas, including fifteen private rooms and ten dorm rooms capable of accommodating up to 80 guests. Each villa includes a pool and lawn, allowing for activities such as yoga, evening gatherings or informal sessions under the night sky.

Experiences at Gram’s extend beyond conventional hospitality offerings. Guests can dine under the stars inside a glass prism, participate in interactive sessions, try fishing or contribute to a memory wall. The lakefront restaurant is positioned as the heart of the property, serving dishes that merge comfort and creativity, including Animal Fries, Maggi Pakodas and Parle-G Truffle Balls. The menu draws on nostalgia while introducing inventive twists, contributing to Gram’s positioning as a design-forward and community-first concept within India’s evolving hospitality landscape.
