Zeno Group makes key hires in digital and analytics
Integrated communications agency, Zeno Group has appointed Divya Uttam to head of digital for Zeno India and Shipra Malik as account director and analytics and insights lead for the region.
 
Divya joins Zeno from Havas Worldwide, where she successfully grew and led the digital practice in their Delhi office. She is an award-winning digital marketing professional with deep expertise in planning and executing 360 degree campaigns for Fortune 500 brands across a variety of industries including technology, automotive and fast-moving consumer goods.
 
Shipra, an analytics expert, comes with more than a decade of expertise in strategy and analytics. Before joining Zeno, she served as the senior director of marketing science for the Asia-Pacific region for GTB.
 
Divya will lead Zeno India’s digital offering, driving integrated digital mandates and transforming how clients attract, engage and inspire audiences to accomplish their business objectives. Shipra’s role will focus on managing and expanding Zeno India’s newly launched Performance Communications capabilities across the region. She will also be responsible for building and operating an analytics hub for clients in the APAC region.
 
Both Divya and Shipra will report to Ranjeev Vij, Zeno India’s head of brand strategy and digital 
innovation. “Zeno focuses on achieving tangible business impact for clients, leveraging predictive
analytics to drive performance communications across the earned, owned and paid media channels. The arrival of Divya and Shipra positions us well to continue to disrupt the status quo and deliver work that really matters to our clients,” said Vij.
