He’s unemployed, on the dole, has a long-suffering wife, Florrie, whose earnings help him meet his needs for alcohol and gambling on the dogs or on the horses, he’s an incorrigible flirt and you just have to love him.Painful to go through cartoons on the net, but there’s no choice.
