PRable Global appoints Shivani Sharma as AVP-public relations and digital marketing

She will oversee integrated communication planning, provide strategic advisory support to clients and mentor teams across sectors.

PRable Global has appointed Shivani Sharma as associate vice president, public relations and digital marketing, as the firm expands its integrated communications and public affairs offering. The move reflects PRable Global’s focus on strengthening strategic counsel capabilities amid increasing complexity in stakeholder and policy-led communications.

In her new role, Sharma will oversee integrated communication planning, provide strategic advisory support to clients and mentor teams across sectors. Her mandate includes deepening existing client relationships and supporting national and international brands navigating regulatory, reputation and advocacy environments.

Founder and CEO Aman Singh Madaan described Sharma’s appointment as aligned with the firm’s consultative approach to communications. He cited her experience across policy-led narratives, advocacy and reputation management as relevant to clients operating at the intersection of business, government and public discourse.

Sharma brings nearly 15 years of experience spanning brand communication, government affairs, stakeholder engagement and crisis management. Her sectoral exposure includes healthcare, education, skilling and digital innovation, areas that increasingly demand integrated communication strategies rather than siloed execution.

Her past assignments include providing strategic communication support to organisations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, Fortis Healthcare and the National Skill Development Corporation under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. She has also worked on select projects with The Lancet and DISHA Foundation, contributing to advocacy-led communication initiatives.

The appointment reflects PRable Global’s intent to position itself beyond traditional public relations, with a stronger emphasis on digital, policy and stakeholder narratives. Sharma’s role bridges earned media, digital engagement and long-term reputation planning, areas that are increasingly converging for brands.

Speaking about her appointment, Sharma said she looked forward to building future-ready campaigns and delivering measurable impact for clients. She highlighted the firm’s focus on integrated communications and its understanding of policy ecosystems as closely aligned with her professional journey.

As agencies respond to growing demand for advisory-led engagements, leadership hires such as this signal a shift towards depth over scale. For PRable Global, the appointment strengthens its ability to service complex mandates that require coordination across public relations, digital marketing and policy engagement.
