ICCPL Group has been appointed as the integrated PR and digital marketing agency for CREDAI, marking a significant mandate in the real estate communications sector. The partnership brings together traditional media relations and digital marketing under a unified strategy aimed at strengthening CREDAI’s national presence and stakeholder engagement.
Under the mandate, ICCPL Group’s PR division will lead national media relations and strategic communications. The focus will be on building consistent, high-impact narratives across mainstream and industry platforms, while reinforcing CREDAI’s positioning as the unified voice of India’s real estate sector. This includes amplifying policy advocacy, industry developments and leadership communication through structured media outreach.
ICCPL’s digital arm, Digicomm, will drive pan-India digital campaigns, performance marketing initiatives and targeted outreach. The digital strategy is expected to leverage data-driven insights to enhance visibility, engagement and stakeholder interaction across platforms. This integrated execution model combines offline credibility with digital precision, aligning with the evolving communication needs of industry bodies.
The collaboration reflects a growing preference for full-stack communication solutions, where agencies deliver end-to-end services spanning PR, digital and strategic consulting. The integrated approach is designed to ensure message consistency while enabling real-time engagement with diverse audiences, including policymakers, developers and consumers.
The mandate also strengthens ICCPL Group’s position within the real estate and infrastructure communications space. Since its inception in 2011, the agency has built a portfolio spanning developers, industry bodies and institutional clients, delivering PR, digital and consulting assignments at scale. With over 500 clients and more than 4000 campaigns executed, the agency’s experience in category-specific communication is expected to support CREDAI’s outreach objectives.
ICCPL Group’s growth trajectory, supported by a reported year-on-year growth rate of 25–30% and an estimated valuation between INR 200 crore and INR 250 crore, reflects increasing demand for integrated communication services. Its presence across more than 42 cities and towns, along with headquarters in Noida and multiple branch offices, provides the geographic reach required for a national mandate of this scale.
For CREDAI, the partnership is expected to enhance its communication framework by aligning traditional PR with digital amplification. This dual approach enables the organisation to maintain strong media visibility while expanding its digital footprint, ensuring consistent engagement across channels.
Overall, the appointment underscores a broader industry shift towards integrated, insight-led communication strategies, where agencies play a central role in shaping brand narratives, driving engagement and supporting organisational positioning at scale.
