43 Indian entries make One Show shortlist

The One Show 2008 has announced its shortlisted entries which includes 31 entries from India. Nike India’s ‘Traffic’ by JWT, which won the Grand Prix at the recently concluded Abby Awards, has made the shortlist.The shortlist also includes India Book Distributors' 'Mosquitoes' by Contract Advertising.

The One Show 2008 has announced its shortlisted entries which includes 31 entries from India. Nike India’s ‘Traffic’ by JWT, which won the Grand Prix at the recently concluded Abby Awards, has made the shortlist.The shortlist also includes India Book Distributors' 'Mosquitoes' by Contract Advertising.

Other JWT shortlisted entries include ‘Flowers’ for HUL, ‘Twins’ for GM Pens International and ‘Starched’ for Leach & Weborny. From Leo Burnett India, ‘Che’ and ‘Hitler’ for Luxor Writing Instruments, which also won a Grand Prix at Abbys in the print category, ‘Luxor Highlighters’, ‘Glucon D’ for Heinz India and ‘Tide Glued Marks’ for P&G have got shortlisted.

From Saatchi & Saatchi, ‘America’ and ‘Dodo’ for Cox & Kings and ‘Eclipse’ for Olay Complete UV Protection, ‘Monuments’ for Cox & Kings and ‘Zebra Crossing’ for Ariel Detergent have also been shortlisted. 

O&M’s ‘Words’ campaign for IBM, ‘Hutch MSN Pigeons’ for Hutchison Essar, ‘Hotwheels Bed’ for Mattel Toys, ‘Getty Images window stickers’ for Getty images and ‘Swimming pool’ for HSBC, ‘Donate’ for ORBO  and ‘Box’ for Udyaan Care have made their way in the list. Contract’s ‘Help me read this’ for Children of the world and ‘Mosquito’ for India Book Distributors, ‘Auto-piracy’ for Cinema Paradise have been shortlisted.
‘Mirror Image’ for Tata AIG Insurance from Bates David Enterprise, ‘Drain’ for Reckitt Benckiser from Euro RSCG India and ‘Slim’ for Fizzique Gym by Publicis Ambience have also been shortlisted.

Radio finalists from India include ‘Gunshot’ and ‘Videocon TV’ for Videocon Industries from O&M. The design finalists include entries from Contract, Equus Red Cell, Red Lion, Rediffusion DY&R, Vikash Chemjong, Cheil Communications, Euro RSCG and O&M. JWT's 'YellowRippers' for Sulekha.com has made it to the Interactive shortlist.
