In our continuing series of video interviews with Mainardo de Nardis, CEO, OMD worldwide, the chief executive of the Omnicom Group owned media agency talks about getting the top management talent right in their India operations, which, in turn, takes care of dealing with talent issues in the long term.

On what he believes will attract talent to OMD in India, de Nardis says, "We don't have that problem in India because our management team is solid and I can attribute that to the personal human qualities of the leader of the team- Jasmin in having attracted these people; where the people are happy to work together as a team. The magical recipe has been to create a management team which shares the good days and the bad days but takes the agency in the direction that they want."
