Instamart partners with Samsung for a digital campaign that turns a smartphone launch event into an instant delivery moment.

Instamart has partnered with Samsung to introduce instant delivery of the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra across metro cities in India. To announce the collaboration, Instamart has launched a digital video commercial that reinterprets the concept of ‘launch day’ in the quick-commerce era.

Conceptualised by Moonshot, the campaign film opens with a high-production technology launch event. Surrounded by applause and camera flashes, a representative unveils the Galaxy S26 Ultra to an audience. The device is introduced as the world’s first AI phone with a privacy display, designed to simplify everyday experiences. At the same time, a large 8K screen behind the stage displays visuals of the new smartphone, reinforcing the spectacle of the launch moment.

As the excitement builds, the narrative shifts unexpectedly. Instamart delivery partners begin appearing within the crowd. One emerges from the audience while another swings dramatically onto the stage using a rope in a Bollywood-style entrance. Amid the confusion, a delivery partner politely apologises before swiftly taking the newly unveiled Galaxy S26 Ultra from the Samsung representative’s hands.

Within moments, the demo units are packed into Instamart delivery bags and carried away from the launch venue. The film then transitions to a domestic setting, where a doorbell rings. A customer opens the door to receive the same Galaxy S26 Ultra delivered instantly to his home. The campaign closes with the message: ‘skip the queue, get the newly launched Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra instantly on Instamart.’
