Ishaan Khatter uses HP Spectre to show Rahul Bose who’s boss

Watch the film conceptualised by Lowe Lintas here

HP India, has rolled out a campaign for its range of HP Spectre laptops. Conceptualised by Lowe Lintas, the films feature actors Rahul Bose and Ishaan Khatter and aim to appeal to the young and experienced professionals to explore the laptop’s tech and new smart features.

Each film highlights one of the three features of the product - gesture control, auto framing and glam cam.

The conversations revolve around a senior, experienced businessman Ravi, played by Bose and a young, tech friendly entrepreneur Kunal, played by Khatter. The latter introduces Bose to a smarter way of making perfect presentations, using the HP Spectre.

The situations between the two characters involve simple interactions that reveal a tech benefit at the end of each of the films.

Prashant Jain, chief marketing officer, HP India, said, “The AI (artificial intelligence) features of the new HP Spectre line-up are designed to help you thrive in today’s hybrid world. The campaign brings alive three such truly unique features. We hope to inspire everyone to ‘Be your Best You’ as you navigate seamlessly across the hybrid environment.”

Vasudha Misra, regional creative officer, Lowe Lintas, said, "Sometimes all it takes is going back to basics. Make the product feature the front and centre of the communication. And that is just what we did. To this mix, Sidhant Mago added characters that are steeped in modern folklore – startup founders. And finally, the casting took these films to the next level."

The campaign is being rolled out across social media and offline mediums, along with an extension on different platforms.
