DDB Mudra has won the creative and media duties by IL&FS Investsmart following a two-stage multi-agency pitch. The other agencies involved in the pitch include Leo Burnett, Ambience Publicis, Rediffusion DY&R and Lowe. The account size is estimated to be about Rs 20 crore.Mani (pictured), president, DDB Mudra, said, “In the past couple of years, the action in the broking industry has increased manifold. We are looking to create strong brand differentiation for IL&FS Investsmart in a category that is seemingly getting commoditised.”
Rediffusion DY&R has announced the promotion of Nisha Singhania, currently business head, new business and corporate affairs to the level of executive vice president, Mumbai. Earlier she was in charge of the Rediffusion DY&R brand for external as well as internal audiences. She also spearheaded Brand Asset Valuator (BAV), Y&R’s proprietary research tool in India. Singhania replaces Bimal Nair who has since moved on. Singhania will continue to report to Mahesh Chauhan, president, Rediffusion DY&R.
