Ritz Media World has been awarded the creative and integrated marketing mandate for Forbes Fab-Luxe Residences, a branded luxury residential development in Greater Noida West.

The appointment comes amid accelerated growth in India’s branded residences category, driven by evolving buyer preferences, rising HNI participation and demand for globally benchmarked living experiences. The NCR region continues to lead this segment, with Greater Noida West emerging as a high-potential micro-market for premium residential developments.

Aditya Goel, director at Forbes Fab-Luxe Residences, said branded luxury housing requires a communication approach that combines aspiration, credibility and immersive storytelling.
