Meridian wins Voltas business

Voltas, a Tata Group company, has assigned its creative duties to Meridian Communications following a multi-agency pitch process. Publicis Capital is the incumbent agency on the business.

Confirming the news, Sanjay Thapar, group president - North & East, Ogilvy & Mather, New Delhi said, “It is a great development for Meridian and Voltas will be one of the key accounts to be serviced by the agency.  I think it’s a great time for us to handle a white goods brand as the industry, particularly the air conditioner business, itself is on the revival mode.”

The media duty for Voltas ACs is handled by Lintas Media Group.
