Madison Media, part of Madison World, has secured the integrated media mandate for Navi Limited, previously known as Navi Technologies Limited. The business was awarded after a competitive pitch process and will be serviced by the agency’s Bengaluru office. The mandate covers offline and digital media along with out-of-home and activation duties.

Navi Limited, founded in 2018, is a technology-driven financial services company focused on offering simple and accessible financial products across India. Its Navi App provides a range of services including payments through Navi UPI, loans via Navi Finserv, health and motor insurance offered by Navi General Insurance and investment options through Navi Mutual Fund. The partnership aims to develop cohesive storytelling across Navi’s portfolio while strengthening the brand’s presence across digital and offline channels.

Dinesh Rathod of Madison Media Omega said the agency is pleased to take on the mandate and noted that Navi has played a key role in simplifying financial services in the country. Rathod added that the team aims to create work that supports the brand’s broader objectives.

Rajiv Naresh, md and ceo of Navi Limited, commented that the association will help the company build a consistent and scalable brand narrative. Naresh said Madison Media’s experience and integrated approach will be central as the company expands its communication footprint.

Madison Media is a homegrown communication agencies and has been ranked the world’s third largest independent media agency by RECMA. Over the past two years, the agency has secured more than 300 awards and manages media duties for brands including Asian Paints, Titan, TVS, Pidilite, Axis Max Life Insurance, Jyothi Labs, CEAT, Blue Star, Cipla Health, Samsonite, Licious and Joy Cosmetics.
