Kunal Jamuar returns to Havas Media as managing partner, West and South
Havas Media Group has announced that Kunal Jamuar has returned to the agency as managing partner, Havas Media, West and South.
 
He was ED – West in his last stint at Havas Media. Jamuar exited in July 2013 to join mediareach OMD in Nigeria, where he handled the West and Central African markets as chief planning officer.
 
The agency has also appointed Chanchal Shaktawat as VP – planning, West. She was earlier GM at OMD, and has worked at Allied Media, Mindshare Fulcrum and Carat in past assignments.
 
Anita Nayyar, CEO, Havas Media Group, India and South Asia, said, “We have had a great 2015 and aspire to have a greater 2016. Kunal has the rare blend of leadership, knowledge and relationship management. We are very glad to have him back. Chanchal too comes with rich experience and is a high-performance, diligent professional. The mandate for the team is to consolidate and grow the Western operations which I’m sure they will successfully achieve.”
