Amandeep Singh Kochar joins Havas CX India as EVP– experience strategy and martech head

He will report to Manas Lahiri, chief growth officer, Havas India, who is also overlooking the Havas CX India operations.

Havas CX India, the specialised customer experience vertical of Havas India, has appointed Amandeep Singh Kochar as executive vice president–experience strategy and martech head.

Most recently, Kochar was with VML, where he helped build CX and commerce capabilities across India and the Southeast Asia region, working on regional mandates from Thailand and Malaysia. Over the past year, he also pursued an entrepreneurial consulting journey focused on Bharat-first customers and brands. His portfolio includes work for Ford, Colgate, Mahindra, Hindustan Unilever, PepsiCo, and BAT, with standout CX case studies across Ford, IDFC, and Colgate.

Based in Gurugram, Amandeep will report to Manas Lahiri, Chief Growth Officer, Havas India, who is also overlooking the Havas CX India operations. Kochar will also work closely with all key leaders of Havas India to ensure that Havas CX India becomes the central point of every client conversation.

As a part of his mandate, Kochar will focus on building future-ready CX and martech, CRM and data analytics capabilities, further strengthening the network’s go-to-market strategy, enabling deeper integration across all Havas India agencies.

Kochar brings 15 years of experience across India and Southeast Asia, partnering enterprise brands to align brand strategy, customer experience, and marketing technology for measurable business impact. His expertise spans first-party data programmes, personalisation at scale, CRM, martech orchestration, marketing effectiveness, and transformation. He holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy and is a computer engineer by training.
