Kora by NM, a contemporary menswear label in India, has launched its new wedding campaign featuring actor Meezaan Jafri as the face of Indian celebration wear. The campaign, titled 'Crafted in Confidence', takes inspiration from Jafri’s style, energy, and composure, reflecting Kora’s vision of the modern Indian groom. It emphasises the balance between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary appeal in menswear.
The collection spans a complete wedding wardrobe. It includes pastel kurta sets suitable for Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies, regal sherwanis and bandhgalas for weddings, and tailored tuxedos and jackets for cocktail and reception events. Each design integrates Kora’s detailing, modern silhouettes, and a colour palette ranging from soft neutrals to deep jewel tones.
A Kora by NM spokesperson noted that Jafri represents 'the spirit of the Kora man — confident, expressive, and deeply rooted in individuality'. The spokesperson added that the collaboration aligns with the brand’s approach to craftsmanship and design philosophy.
Meezaan Jafri shared that Kora embodies authenticity and modern menswear values. He stated that the campaign encourages men to break away from expectations and express their individuality through clothing.
The campaign is being rolled out digitally across Kora’s Instagram, YouTube, and official website. It showcases a cinematic approach combining tradition with modern aesthetics, reflecting the evolving preferences of Indian grooms and the growing emphasis on personalised style in wedding wear.
