Indigo Consulting ropes in Harshad Hardikar as COO

Agency investing in e-commerce and CRM capabilities; hires Rimjhim Ray as AVP, strategy and client services, and Hanisha Vaswani, as business head, Delhi

Indigo Consulting ropes in Harshad Hardikar as COO
Indigo Consulting has announced the appointment of Harshad Hardikar, former SVP, e-commerce and CRM, OgilvyOne India, as its chief operating officer.
 
Hardikar moves into the newly created position with over 17 years of industry experience. According to an agency statement, he is credited with launching India’s first coalition loyalty programme iMint (now Payback), and has worked with Rediff.com on RediffShopping, in past assignments.

The agency has also roped in Rimjhim Ray as AVP, strategy and client services, and Hanisha Vaswani, as business head, Delhi. Ray joins from Tata Consultancy Services, where she headed the company’s social media strategy department. Vaswani’s last stint was at Edelman.
