Aviva India has appointed Harshit Agrawal as head of marketing, reinforcing the company’s focus on strengthening brand positioning and advancing its marketing strategy.
Agrawal brings over 16 years of experience spanning marketing, brand strategy and digital transformation across the financial services and advertising sectors. In his new role, he will lead Aviva India’s marketing function, with a mandate to enhance customer engagement, strengthen brand visibility and drive innovative marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s growth priorities.
Before joining Aviva India, Agrawal held leadership roles at Clix Capital and Muthoot Blue Group. During his tenure at these organisations, he led initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility, accelerating digital adoption and improving customer engagement. His work focused on building integrated marketing strategies that supported business growth and expanded digital outreach.
Earlier in his career, Agrawal worked with advertising and digital agencies including BC Web Wise and Dentsu Webchutney. In these roles, he contributed to integrated marketing campaigns and strategic brand initiatives across multiple categories, gaining experience in digital-first communication and cross-channel marketing execution.
At Aviva India, Agrawal will oversee the company’s overall marketing strategy, including brand communication, customer engagement and campaign development. His mandate includes advancing the company’s evolving brand narrative and aligning marketing initiatives with its long-term business strategy.
