Hindustan Times has named Divya Gupta (pictured) as Head of Business for Mumbai. Gupta comes in from Reliance ADAG where she held the post of a media advisor to the chairman’s office. In the media fraternity, Gupta is best known for her role as president of TME, media arm of Rediffusion Y&R.
Said Gupta, “My mandate will be to head Mumbai and it is indeed a challenging assignment. Though it is still too early to say anything, given that I joined two days ago, I am quite excited about the new assignment.”
Gupta will report to Salil Sadanandan, Business Head, South and West, Hindustan Times.
