Novotel New Delhi City Centre has announced the appointment of Richa Trikha as director of sales and marketing, signalling a strategic move to strengthen its commercial and brand positioning in a competitive hospitality market.
With over 18 years of experience spanning hospitality and aviation, Trikha brings expertise in revenue generation, strategic sales planning, and client relationship management. In her new role, she will lead the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on driving business growth across key segments including corporate, MICE, and social events. Her mandate includes strengthening partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, and aligning sales initiatives with evolving market demand.
Prior to joining Novotel New Delhi City Centre, Trikha was associated with Hyatt Regency Delhi, where she contributed to improving the hotel’s sales performance and executing high-impact commercial strategies. Over the course of her career, she has worked with global hospitality groups such as Hyatt, Radisson Hotel Group, and IHG Hotels & Resorts, developing expertise across corporate, MICE, and events segments. Her early career included roles at Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines, which helped shape her customer-centric approach to service and engagement.
