Bounteous formally launches in India, announces Vasan Sampath as CEO
Bounteous, a digital innovation agency based in Chicago, has announced the launch of its operations in India. 
 
The agency had acquired Chennai-based Lister Digital in 2021. 
 
Vasan Sampath who was president of Lister Digital, has been elevated as CEO of Bounteous' operations in India. 
 
Founder and CEO of Lister Digital, Srinivasagopalan Chary has retired.
 
Additionally, Bounteous has appointed Shankar Krishnaswamy as senior vice president, responsible for leading the CRM team in India and aligning with Katy Allen, managing director, on healthcare initiatives. Krishnaswamy joined Bounteous in February from Cognizant Technology Solutions.
 
Chary said, "I am confident in Vasan’s proven leadership abilities and excited to see him step into the role of CEO to help to grow Bounteous in India. Throughout Vasan’s 16 years with the company, he has continued to demonstrate his unwavering commitment to creating a culture of excellence for our team and our clients. We could not ask for a better leader as it enters its next phase of growth.”
 
Sampath said, “I’m honoured to lead ourIndia team during this exciting time of growth and innovation, and proud of the amazing team and culture we have built. I look forward to continuing to grow this organisation as Bounteous expands throughout the globe.”
 
In India, Bounteous is running a hiring effort called 'Beyond Your Break' which is geared towards hiring industry professionals who have taken a career break of at least one year. 
 
Leah Weyang, chief people officer, Bounteous, said, "We are motivated and encouraged by the great work of our Bounteous team in India, and are eager toimplement and expand their people programming to the greater Bounteous organisation."
