Aegis Media to expand iProspect in APAC

Aegis Media has announced that it will expand iProspect, its search engine marketing agency brand, across Asia-Pacific with up to 10 new offices in eight countries.The expansion is expected to be completed in the next three months and will see launches in Mumbai, New Delhi, Melbourne, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan.

Aegis Media has announced that it will expand iProspect, its search engine marketing agency brand, across Asia-Pacific with up to 10 new offices in eight countries.

The expansion is expected to be completed in the next three months and will see launches in Mumbai, New Delhi, Melbourne, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan.

Peter Hunter has been promoted from managing director to head up the region as CEO of Asia-Pacific. Hunter, who was previously MD of iProspect Pacific, will now helm its Asia-Pacific operations as chief executive officer.

“Peter has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in both technology and search solutions within the digital space,” said Lee Stephens (pictured), digital CEO of Aegis Media Asia-Pacific, “With the APAC region representing a massive 40 per cent of the 113 billion a month searches globally, we’re confident he is the one to take iProspect Asia-Pacific to the next level within this highly-competitive arena.”

He has indicated that up to 250 media specialists have been trained in search engine management and integration with other media in the past six months, in anticipation of the rollout.
