24 hours with... Saksham Jadon

Name: Saksham Jadon

Job:  Founder and CEO, YounGun

Professional mantra: Be authentic.

Personal mantra: Health is wealth.

8:00am: Wake up.

8:30am: Kickstart the day by hitting the gym followed by a 10-minute meditation to mentally charge up.

9:30-10:00am: A power-packed breakfast and prep for the day ahead.

10:15-11:00am: Get to work. I begin by organising and scheduling my calls and meetings for the day. Additionally, I make sure to stay updated on any new clients, ensuring a proactive and efficient approach to managing my workload.

11:00am-1:30pm: It's time for our daily meeting with the core team members, and personally my favourite part of the day. It's crucial for ensuring a smooth workflow within the team, and allows for alignment on tasks, resolves any issues, and fosters collaboration—setting a positive tone for the day.

2:00-3:00pm: Every day presents the classic dilemma: Lunch or power nap? One of them wins. My food habits are flexible, adapting to the day's needs. Whether it's a nourishing lunch or a power nap, I choose what's best suited to keep me energised and focused.

3:30-6:00pm: My day is filled with a variety of calls and sessions, from audio to video, brainstorming to client and finance calls. Each interaction adds a dynamic element to my work routine.

6:00-6:30pm: Typically, my final meal of the day consists of a light snack paired with a comforting cup of chai. It's a soothing way to unwind.

8:00pm: After wrapping up at Youngun, my day is far from over. I dedicate the next two hours to myself—be it a 20-minute power nap or a gathering with friends for a pleasant evening.

10:00pm: I start my side hustle and work on future projects. It's important to focus and put effort into these ideas to make them successful. Excited to see where these ventures take me!

2:00-3:00am: To wind down from the day, I either scroll through my Instagram for inspiration on future campaigns or watch a comfort sitcom like Modern Family or The Office.
