0101.Today appoints Nitika Khanna as martech director

The data-led marketing firm strengthens its martech leadership with a senior appointment focused on lifecycle engagement, customer data infrastructure and conversion-driven marketing systems.

0101.Today has appointed Nitika Khanna as director – martech, reinforcing the company’s focus on data-driven customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.

In her new role, Khanna will lead the development of lifecycle-driven martech architectures designed to connect customer data, analytics, automation platforms and communication systems into unified engagement ecosystems. The objective is to help enterprises improve conversion, retention and long-term customer value through integrated technology frameworks.

At 0101.Today, Khanna will work closely with enterprise teams to design martech ecosystems that integrate customer data infrastructure, analytics platforms and marketing automation technologies with clearly defined lifecycle strategies. Her mandate will involve translating customer data into actionable engagement frameworks that can support scalable marketing operations and measurable business outcomes.

Khanna brings more than a decade of experience working across global consumer technology platforms, digital marketplaces and enterprise consulting environments. Her career has focused on building CRM systems, lifecycle engagement programmes and data-led retention strategies for consumer brands.

Prior to joining 0101.Today, she served as director – martech at Performics India and head of CRM at MAISON D'AURAINE. In these roles, she worked on building integrated marketing technology frameworks and developing customer lifecycle strategies for brands operating across digital commerce and consumer platforms.

Khanna has also held roles as retention consultant at WebEngage, head of CRM at Trell and associate marketing manager at Nykaa. Her work across these organisations involved designing retention frameworks, building behavioural segmentation models and implementing marketing automation systems that enable brands to activate customer data at scale.
