Tata Tea has brought together music director Anu Malik with stand up comedians Abish Mathew and Aditi Mittal, to recreate a rap version of the composer's yesteryear hit 'Ek Garam Chai Kya Pyaali Ho'. The music video has been conceptualised by Edelman.

The video features Malik driving the other two around Mumbai. Mathew and Mittal do the rap part of the song through which they bring out their problems. Mathew raps about how the traffic in the city delays him to work and his fear of his boss. Mittal's woes surround her loss of job, and subsequently, about marital woes. It all ends with a calming Malik offering them a soothing cup of tea.

As the duo sip on hot cups of tea and tone down, the message delivered – as the song goes – is that one can find solace in a perfectly-brewed, steaming pot of tea.
