Photon Max conveys ease of creating Wi-Fi zones with 'Plug it in' films

Watch the ad film conceptualised by FCB Ulka (Delhi) here

Tata Docomo has launched a campaign for its Photon Max Wi-Fi dongles. The three-film campaign highlights the ease of use of the dongle which can be plugged into an electrical socket to create Wi-Fi zones anywhere. The ad films conceptualised by FCB Ulka (Delhi) went on air on 11 May.

The ads feature different locations and situations in which the dongle is being plugged into all kinds of electrical sockets. From a housewife to a student to the elderly, a motley set of people are shown plugging it into power sources. The locations featured include homes, a restaurant, a hostel, in a car, in office and a beauty parlour. All three films end with a voice over saying, 'Create a Wi-Fi zone anywhere. Simply Plug and Play.'

Gurinder Singh Sandhu, head marketing - mobility, Tata Docomo, said, “At Tata Docomo, we are always looking at ways of enhancing customer experience by serving them with product and services that best meet their fast changing needs. With Photon Max Wi-Fi the idea is to help consumers ‘carry their internet’ wherever they want, on whichever device they want, be it a tablet, laptop, smartphone or any other Wi-Fi enabled device. Considering the usage of mobile devices growing exponentially, the plug and play Photon Max Wi-Fi offers the next generation of mobile connectivity.”
