Pepperfry invites users to celebrate furniture buying experience, online

Watch the ad films conceptualised by L&K Saatchi and Saatchi here

Pepperfry.com has rolled out a three-film campaign conceptualised by L&K Saatchi and Saatchi. The films from the online furniture destination were released just ahead of the festival season and will run across English infotainment, entertainment, movies and lifestyle channels.

All three films feature a couple engaged in the process of buying furniture.

One of the films (above) features the couple trying to select the right kind of wood for their furniture, before supervising the polishing of the wood and finally them setting out with the products in an open pick up. A voice over complements the visuals, highlighting how it's simply not possible for buyers to do all of this by themselves. "Since you can’t, leave it to us,” is the message from Pepperfry.

Free Assembly TVC

In this film, the couple get delivery of a new dining table, assembled by a Pepperyfry executive. As the lady finishes signing the papers, she nudges the husband to pay the company's staff a tip. Refusing the same politely, the Pepperfry executive greets them and bids adieu. The promise is, 'Free delivery, free assembly. On Pepperfry.com.'

Money Back TVC

The lady of the house is seated on her bed, speaking to someone called Arun. From her tenor, it seems like Arun is someone close. As she says, "I'm sorry Arun, it somehow doesn't feel right. May be it is a little bit too much," the camera pans to a chest of draws in the room. Arun turns out to be a call centre executive from Pepperfry, who says he understands. Two company representatives take back the piece of furniture and the message here is '100 per cent satisfaction or your money back.'

The three films end with the message: 'Happy furniture to you.'
