We caught up with Grey APAC's chairman and chief executive officer Nirvik Singh, and BBC Asia's senior vice president - advertising Sunita Rajan to ask them what are key trends in Asia that India can benefit from.

Singh said, "It would be digital. If you look at China and the market capitalisation of their online companies, the scale is in millions. India is at a very nascent stage of what's going on and I think that has to be the next frontier. I also see very successful usage of mobiles phones in Indonesia and communication through them, and given the growth of smartphones and 3G in India, that should be the next wave."

Rajan replied, "Digital, and brands and marketers, not just experimenting, but being serious about digital platforms and the opportunities on them. We're certainly seeing a huge increase in digital ad spends both from traditional advertisers as well as companies that may have never advertised before."
