Nova Dairy’s winter initiative promotes daily ghee consumption

Nova Dairy has launched its national winter wellness campaign, #EkChammachTayyari, aimed at reinforcing a basic daily practice for Indian households during the colder months. With winter conditions intensifying across the country and pollution, particularly in Delhi, contributing to reduced immunity and respiratory strain, the brand positions the initiative as a return to long-established dietary wisdom centred on pure desi ghee.

The campaign encourages consumers to include one spoon of ghee in their everyday meals to support immunity, warmth, digestive balance, joint comfort, sustained energy and overall resilience. The company notes that this approach is rooted in traditional Indian culinary practices, supported by Ayurveda and aligned with contemporary nutritional research highlighting ghee’s properties during winter.

Ravin Saluja, director, Nova Dairy (Sterling Agro products), said that winter wellness can be supported through simple, consistent actions. He stated that #EkChammachTayyari aims to help families rediscover the nourishment and strength associated with ghee, emphasising the value of small habitual choices during winter.

Ghee contains essential fats, antioxidants and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. According to the brand, these components contribute to improving seasonal immunity, supporting digestive processes, hydrating the skin and providing warmth and sustained energy. The nutrient profile is presented as suitable for both children and adults, reinforcing ghee’s versatility during winter.

Nova Ghee is produced using high-quality milk fats and processed through purification systems designed to retain its aroma, consistency and nutrient value. The company emphasises its 30-year legacy built around trust, transparency and quality, noting that these attributes are increasingly relevant to consumers making choices about daily nutrition.

Saluja added that the company’s broader philosophy is shaped around the role of the kitchen in supporting health. He stated that Nova Dairy’s long-standing focus has been on delivering products that prioritise purity, nutrition and reliability for households across India. The campaign reflects this approach by promoting everyday habits that contribute to wellbeing.

As part of the initiative, Nova Dairy plans to distribute information about winter-specific nutrition, including practical advice on balanced intake of healthy fats. The company also intends to highlight traditional recipes and expert-led guidance on incorporating ghee into regular meals in ways that are both appropriate and beneficial. The campaign aims to build awareness around the significance of clean and dependable dairy products during the winter period.

Through #EkChammachTayyari, Nova Dairy invites consumers to prepare for the season with a single daily action that aligns with longstanding dietary practices. The brand frames the initiative as an accessible way for households to focus on warmth, nutritional support and strengthened immunity throughout winter.
