Wondrlab announced that its proprietary commerce-media platform Hector now supports growth for more than 350 brands across ecommerce, quick commerce and digital retail. The platform has scaled rapidly in three years, evolving from an internal innovation project to a national deep-tech marketing system powering over INR 3,500 crore in advertising investments. It is recognised as one of Amazon Ad’s Top 20 Innovation Partners globally and is the only Indian company to receive this distinction.
Hector’s capabilities are supported by engineering and compliance standards designed for enterprise use. The platform is ISO-certified and SOC-compliant, allowing large organisations to deploy AI-enabled commerce-media operations with structured data governance and security controls. These features have become critical as digital-led brands increase investments in automated retail and performance-led advertising.
As international demand for AI-driven commerce media accelerates, Wondrlab has expanded Hector into the United States and Japan. The US has already emerged as the network’s second major engine of growth, driven by the scale of the advertising market and a rate of deep-tech SaaS adoption that Wondrlab notes is nearly twice that of India. This environment is contributing to faster platform uptake and increasing traction among US advertisers seeking solutions that integrate commerce signals and media optimisation.
Rakesh Hinduja, co-founder at Wondrlab Network, said the platform’s trajectory reinforces the network’s belief that technology built in India can compete globally. Hinduja stated that Wondrlab’s platform-first approach is rooted in developing scalable intellectual property that addresses real commercial objectives. He added that adoption by more than 200 clients, combined with entry into markets such as the US and Japan, demonstrates that Indian product engineering has the potential to match global standards and define the next phase of the network’s growth.
Meher Patel, founder of Neon and Hector AI, said the ambition from inception was to build a commerce-media system capable of delivering measurable outcomes at scale. Patel noted that partnerships with ecommerce and quick-commerce players including Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart, Blinkit and Zepto have shaped the platform’s evolution. Patel added that taking Hector to the US and Japan marks the early stages of developing a global retail and commerce-media ecosystem originating from India.
Hector is positioned as one of the foundational components of Wondrlab’s full-funnel marketing transformation framework. Over the past year, the network has recorded double-digit growth and increased demand from retail, ecommerce, FMCG, fintech and mobility sectors. This momentum is attributed to the rising use of proprietary platforms that integrate data, automation and media performance across customer journeys.
