ASCI upholds complaints against 200 ads
 
In October 2017, ASCI’s Consumer Complaints Council (CCC) upheld complaints against 200 of the 319 ads it received complains against. 82 of these belonged to the healthcare category followed by 75 to education, 11 to personal care, eight to the food and beverages category and 24 from other categories.
 
Crosshairs Communication bags PR duties for two brands
 
Crosshairs Communication has bagged the PR and social media duties for Little Tags and the PR duties for PrettySecrets.
 
Little Tags is a multi-label e-commerce website for children that stocks an assortment of luxury apparel, footwear, jewellery, accessories and gift solutions for boys and girls between the age group of zero to 14 years. 
 
PrettySecrets is a lingerie brand. 
 
MasterCard appoints Irrfan Khan 
 
Irrfan Khan has been appointed as the brand ambassador for MasterCard. A campaign featuring the actor was recently shot in Rajasthan and was released on 22 December. 
 
Nivea partners Real Madrid
 
Nivea Men has tied up with Real Madrid Football Club have announced a global association. The brand had first tied up with club through a partnership in 2013 which was only for the Spanish market. Now, the partnership has been extended globally to over 70 countries including India. A brand film has been released for the same.
