Vandana Verma, COO, ARC Worldwide, the shopper marketing and experiential arm of the Publicis Groupe, has quit the agency, according to sources. Her future plans are not immediately known.

This is the second high profile exit in the Publicis Groupe after Saurabh Varma, CEO, Publicis Communications made a sudden exit earlier this month.

It was only in June this year that Vandana Verma was elevated as COO of the agency. Verma had joined Publicis Groupe in 2012 and was handed the reins of ARC Worldwide in 2017.

She is reported to have played a major role in the growth of the agency in recent times. When contacted, Verma declined to comment. Queries sent to Publicis Groupe executives in India remained unanswered till this story was published.
