Arinox AI and Langoor Marketing Transformation Pvt Ltd have announced a strategic partnership focused on enabling sovereign, on-premise AI deployment for enterprise marketing teams operating in regulated industries. The collaboration aims to support sectors including banking, insurance, defence, government, manufacturing and healthcare by providing AI infrastructure designed around data residency, compliance and operational control requirements.
The partnership combines Arinox AI’s CommandCore and Kogo OS private AI infrastructure with Langoor’s marketing transformation services. Together, the companies are introducing a deployment framework called ‘Marketing AI In A Box’, designed to help enterprises operationalise agentic AI within controlled, in-country environments without transferring customer data to public cloud systems.
According to the companies, the partnership responds to growing enterprise concerns around data privacy regulation, processing location requirements and increasing compliance obligations linked to AI adoption. The companies stated that evolving personal data protection laws and sector-specific regulatory frameworks have made data residency a board-level priority for organisations deploying AI systems against customer information.
At the same time, enterprises are facing rising customer acquisition costs and the gradual dismantling of third-party targeting systems globally. The partnership positions sovereign AI deployment as a way for organisations to apply AI-led marketing capabilities without introducing additional compliance risks.
Rather than functioning as another standalone marketing tool, the framework has been designed as a deployment model that allows marketing departments and agencies to operate AI systems within their own infrastructure environments. Arinox AI will provide the private infrastructure and agentic AI operating system, while Langoor will oversee implementation, strategic consulting and marketing transformation services.
The offering has been developed specifically for regulated and data-sensitive use cases including customer engagement, campaign operations and personalisation workflows where enterprise data cannot move beyond internal systems.
Venugopal Ganganna, CEO, Langoor, an LS Digital company, said, “Enterprises don’t need another tool. They need a coherent way to apply AI across the marketing lifecycle, grounded in their own data and their own strategy. This partnership brings Arinox's sovereign infrastructure together with Langoor's transformation practice to give regulated enterprises a deployment path that respects data residency from day one. It sits alongside the proprietary AI capabilities we continue to build within Langoor, and is one of several ways we help clients operationalise AI in marketing.”
Ajay Kharbanda, CEO, Arinox AI, added, “Marketing leaders are increasingly asked to deliver AI-led outcomes while also answering tougher questions about where their customer data lives and who processes it. Our partnership with Langoor gives enterprises a way to deploy agentic AI on their own infrastructure, with a transformation partner who can translate the technology into commercial results.”
Arinox AI operates as a sovereign AI infrastructure company focused on AI deployment systems for enterprises, government and defence organisations. Its technology stack includes CommandCore AI micro-datacentres and Kogo OS, an agentic AI operating system designed for private and secure AI implementation.
Langoor, meanwhile, positions itself as a digital marketing transformation agency working across technology, creativity, data and insights. The company works with brands including Mitsubishi, Adobe, Infosys, Intuit, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and Accenture across the B2B segment.
