The agency has strengthened its Bangalore leadership team with senior appointments across business, creative and design to support its next phase of growth.

Sunny Side Up has announced a significant expansion of its leadership team in Bangalore as part of its broader strategy to scale its integrated capabilities and reinforce its position as an independent brand and creative consultancy. With offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad, the agency is building a structure designed to support agile decision-making and deliver work aligned with the expectations of brands operating in competitive and digitally driven categories.

The new appointments span business, creative and design, reflecting the agency’s ambition to deepen its expertise across core service areas. The agency notes that this leadership expansion aims to unlock the next phase of scale by bringing in senior talent with experience across national and global brands.

Tashina A has joined as senior vice president with a mandate to lead strategic growth and drive new business opportunities. Her experience at Ogilvy, Creativeland Asia, Dentsu Webchutney and Saatchi includes work on Royal Enfield, iD Fresh Food, Scotch Brite, Cadbury, Budweiser, Fortune Oil and Raag Gold Oil. Her role signifies the agency’s intention to broaden its reach and expand into new categories through structured business development.

Shyam Nair has been appointed creative director to define and guide the agency’s next chapter of creative output. With past roles at FCB, McCann and Dentsu, Nair has worked on ITC, Maruti Suzuki, Nestle, Coca-Cola and Honda. His focus will be on building a unified creative culture and elevating the quality and consistency of the agency’s creative work.

Farhat Shaukat joins as creative director – design, tasked with strengthening the agency’s design practice. She brings experience from Vice Media, The Bold Creative and 22Feet Tribal Worldwide, with design leadership for Flipkart, Mr Muscle, Pedigree, TTK Prestige, Judge, Whiskas, Neutrogena and Marriott Bonvoy. Her role will cover identity systems, brand worlds, packaging and digital design, expanding the agency’s design capabilities.

Tanya Kapool has been appointed director – client services to oversee account management and contribute to business growth. With experience at FCB and Schbang, she has partnered with Sunfeast Yippee, Sunfeast Marie, Candyman, Budweiser, Seven Rivers and ITC. Kapool will focus on strengthening client relationships and building account teams aligned with long-term brand needs.

Aswirbaad Das joins as associate creative director, bringing experience from DDB and MullenLowe. He has contributed to campaigns for Nivea, Too Yumm!, Saffola Oils, Bajaj ADHO and Diageo. Das will work with the creative leadership to shape storytelling approaches and support the agency’s digital-first creative agenda.
