Sunil Punjabi quits AXN

His last day was 15 December; Next destination not decided yet

Sunil Punjabi quits AXN
Sunil Punjabi has moved on from his position of EVP at AXN Networks India. Punjabi's last day at the channel was 15 December.

Speaking with Campaign India, Punjabi said, "When I joined AXN I think it was at a transition time. When I joined, it was a new role created for me. My time at AXN saw a lot of structuring change. We also moved operations into India, did a content revamp and put deals into place. We got some of the best shows here too. We had also launched a strong campaign last year and tried giving the channel an edgier look. Overall, I think during my time, we put the channel's content and marketing in place."

On his next destination, he said, "So far there have been discussions, but I haven't closed on anything."
