In her new role, Lamba will lead the Mahindra Group’s corporate brand and communications strategy, with responsibility for shaping a unified brand narrative aligned with the company’s values, vision and business objectives. She will also oversee brand consistency across Mahindra’s diverse portfolio, while driving initiatives aimed at strengthening visibility and relevance across traditional and digital ecosystems.

Her experience includes developing tech-enabled beauty experiences and digital media models designed to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement across international markets. The company noted that her expertise in combining creativity, strategic thinking and consumer understanding aligns with Mahindra’s evolving brand ambitions.
As chief brand officer, Lamba is expected to focus on building a cohesive corporate narrative that connects Mahindra’s businesses through a common identity while adapting communications to increasingly digital and consumer-led media environments. Her appointment also signals the Group’s intent to continue investing in long-term brand building and integrated communications strategy.
Anish Shah, group ceo and md, Mahindra Group, said, “We are pleased to welcome Purnima Lamba as Chief Brand Officer.
