Starcom Worldwide ropes in Rajendra Dwivedi as vice president 

Starcom Worldwide has announced the appointment of Rajendra Dwivedi as vice president. He will lead Starcom Worldwide, Mumbai and report to Mallikarjunadas CR, chief executive officer, Starcom MediaVest Group India. He takes charge on 25th August and will be based in Mumbai. 
Dwivedi comes with an experience of over a decade in media, having worked at Mudra, Universal McCann and Group M. His last assignment was as general manager, Maxus Mumbai. 

On the new appointment, Mallikarjunadas CR, said, “I’m excited to welcome Rajendra to the Starcom family. He has proven himself as a reliable leader with a robust background in business development and client relationship management. We are sure he will continue his successful run with us.”

On his move to Starcom Worldwide, Dwivedi said, “It will be an interesting challenge to be part of a team that will take Starcom to the next level. I am excited about working on a great set of clients creating a best in class product for them and also growing the business for the Mumbai office.”

Along with the other branch heads of Starcom Worldwide and MediaVest Worldwide as well as the heads for Insights and Research, Digital and Business Impact functions Dwivedi will be part of the National Leadership Team at Starcom MediaVest Group India.
