Aims to make employees more ‘anti-fragile’

Publicis Groupe launches wellbeing initiative ‘Pub Fit’ in India
Publicis Groupe in India has announced the launch of ‘Pub Fit’, a group-wide initiative aimed at employees’ physical and mental wellness. According to a post on social media, the launch of the initiative saw Publicis Groupe CEO Anupriya Acharya in a fireside chat with wellbeing specialist Dr Marcus Ranney.

Through this launch, the Groupe aims to help all employees ‘be mentally and physically healthier, and more ‘anti-fragile’. A series of posts across the Groupe’s various agencies' social media pages mention that the initiative will see a ‘series of interventions through the year to enable everyone to be the ‘best version of theirself’ [sic].

The Publicis Groupe was not available for comment at the time of publishing this post.
